스타틴 계열 약물 피브린산 유도체, 니코틴산, 에제티미브, 오메가3 복용 가능

피브린산 유도체, 니코틴산, 에제티미브와 오메가-3지방산을 스타틴 계열 약물과 함께 사용할 수 있습니다. 스타틴은 현재 쓰이는 지질치료제 중 일차적으로 추천되는데 비교적 부작용이 적고 LDL 콜레스테롤을 낮춤으로써 생기는 심혈관질환 감소효과가 뚜렷하기 때문입니다.

아래와 같은 약물은 일차 약제로 쓰이는 스타틴과 병용해 사용할 수 있습니다.

▲피브린산 유도체

고중성지방혈증에서 투여할 수 있으며 LDL 콜레스테롤과 중성지방이 동시에 증가돼 있는 혼합형 이상지질혈증에서 스타틴과 병용해 투여할 수 있습니다. 또 중성지방이 높고 HDL 콜레스테롤이 낮은 환자가 복용하면 심혈관 위험도를 낮출 가능성이 있습니다. 하지만 LDL 콜레스테롤만 증가돼 있는 경우 일차 치료로는 추천하지 않습니다.

▲니코틴산

고 LDL 콜레스테롤혈증이나 복합형 이상지질혈증의 경우, 스타틴 단독요법으로 치료되지 않을 경우 병용할 수 있지만 간 기능 이상, 근육병증의 부작용이 증가하는 위험성이 있습니다.

▲에제티미브

스타틴을 투여해도 LDL 콜레스테롤 목표수치 미만으로 감소되지 않으면 병용할 수 있습니다.

▲오메가-3지방산

고중성지방혈증에 단독으로 복용하거나 복합형 이상지질혈증에 스타틴과 병용할 수 있습니다.
